Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) helps support faster recovery, increased energy, and overall well-being.
Hyperbaric oxygen treatment typically consists of several sessions lasting around 90–120 minutes. During each session, oxygen (up to 96%) is administered under pressure to promote increased energy and faster regeneration. HBO therapy has also shown positive effects for a variety of medical conditions. According to the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI), documented therapeutic pressure begins at 1.6 ATA and above. We operate at levels between 1.6 and 2.0 ATA (ATA = atmospheric pressure, also referred to as “bar absolute”).
For reference: diving to a depth of 10 meters exposes you to one atmosphere of air pressure plus the pressure of 10 meters of water — a total of approximately 2 bar / ATA.

Who should not undergo HBOT?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is not recommended during pregnancy or if pregnancy is suspected. It is also not advised for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as heart disease, chronic lung disease, or implanted devices like artificial ear bones.
